Mystic Kaahiki is an artisanal fresh fermented pineapple drink (non-alcoholic). The rind of pineapple is full of the most wonderful beneficial yeasts. Combining this rind and the fruit with

Process: Slow and wild fermented in a special 2 stage process- takes over 3-days to achieve a perfect level of carbonation
