the asian seabass (金目鲈) is one of the most popular local fish available. The flesh is mild and soft texture, making this fish versatile in various style of preparation, ranging from steaming, frying or even grilling.
Fish/Fillet can be kept chilled in the fridge (0-4°C) upon delivery and we recommend consuming the product within 5 days of delivery without freezing. This is the period when the fish is at its peak quality and optimal freshness.
As we are working towards Eco-Green Environment, we will not be using any Styrofoam Box. All items will be Vaccum Pack freshly for your delivery.
Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the order.
There will be no delivery on Public Holiday.
