our wild caught spanish mackerel, 罗非鱼 or commonly known as batang, is a popular fish often used in our local cuisine, commonly found in fish soup or fried with tumeric for nasi padang. this fish is highly versatile with style of curry too.
Fish/Fillet can be kept chilled in the fridge (0-4°C) upon delivery and we recommend consuming the product within 5 days of delivery without freezing. This is the period when the fish is at its peak quality and optimal freshness.
As we are working towards Eco-Green Environment, we will not be using any Styrofoam Box. All items will be Vaccum Pack freshly for your delivery.
Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the order.
There will be no delivery on Public Holiday.
