We offer free delivery island-wide in Singapore!
Where do you not deliver in Singapore?
We can deliver to every part of Singapore except military camps and restricted areas.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries take place every Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. Place your order by Monday, 6pm to receive it by Wednesday.
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a fedex tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items delivered?
We deliver our kombucha un-chilled, so pop the bottles in the refrigerator upon delivery. It’s best consumed chilled!
Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to international addresses outside of Singapore at this time.
As we handcraft our kombucha in small batches and each bottle is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email hello@drinktaiao.com. We'll do everything we can to make it up to you!
