Shipping Policy
Please allow 2 to 5 working days* to pack and dispatch your orders to the selected service provider. As we experience high volume of sales during festive seasons, we will require 3 to 5 working days* to pack and dispatch your orders. Kindly only place order if delivery window is acceptable.
Standard courier service is complimentary for orders above $60.
Overseas delivery is complimentary for orders above SGD$300.
All orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Returns and Refunds
Jue Lian Pte. Ltd. does not accept returns of standard merchandise (i.e. non-customised/personalised) that do not fall under “Defective or Incorrect Item Received”. All customised and personalised orders are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds and exchanges.
Exchanges
In an unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged*, incorrect, or missing item, please email our Customer Care Team at hello@juelian.com.sg within 3 business days from the day you received your shipment for further assistance.
Please email us the following details:
- Image of Item/Parcel(s) received
- Name of Item
- Order Number
If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or store credit voucher will be issued to you.
Please do not dispose/throw away the items as they need to be returned to us for inspection.
*We regret that we are unable to offer refund / exchange for items damaged during shipment.
Any merchandise purchased from a third party is not entitled to an exchange under our policy.
^An exchange is only valid for items in its original condition (non-customised/personalised, unused, unworn and complete) and packaging (without any postage labels).
