This Sodium Bicarbonate is Aluminium Free USP (United States Pharmacopeia) Grade and Food Grade, used in cooking and baking as a leavening agent and to neutralise the acids in recipes. It is 4 times stronger than baking powder and added to batter to rise. Use in cakes, breads, muffins and pizza bases. Sodium Bicarbonate is also known as Baking Soda. Useful for beauty therapy because of its alkaline property.
