Chia seeds contain large amounts of Omega 3, fibre, plenty of high quality protein, several essential minerals and antioxidants. The seeds provide an ideal ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 at 3:1 – best plant source of Omega 3 and have high quality protein with all 9 essential amino acids.
Organic chia seeds are cold pressed to extract the oil, retaining its natural state and maximising freshness. This organic chia oil is nutrient rich with a golden colour and a mild, slightly nutty taste. Can be used as a salad dressing, drizzle over food or add into smoothie.
