This Japanese style Matcha Soufflè Cheesecake using organic matcha powder from Japan is premium treat for every matcha and cheesecake lover. It is a melt-in-your-mouth combination of creamy cheesecake, fragrant matcha and airy soufflè, and further topped with a light dusting of roasted organic matcha powder.
Being light, soft and fluffy, this cake is a perfect tea time treat that is not too heavy on the palette. Trust us when we say you won’t be able to stop at one slice and we won’t be surprised if the whole cake gets wiped out in one seating!
And if by any chance there is still some cheesecake leftover, refrigerating it will give it a totally different texture which is firmer yet still retaining its light milky cheese taste. It’s like eating two different kinds of cakes…all in one cake!

Australian cream cheese, eggs, milk, unrefined white sugar, house-made gluten free flour blend*, unsalted French butter, corn starch, organic Japanese matcha powder
*Consists of white rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch
Storage
No preservatives are used in all our bakes, hence they are best consumed on the date of receipt, to ensure maximum taste and freshness. If Soufflè Cheesecake cannot be finished on day of receipt, please refrigerate and consume within 4 days. Thaw at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.

All our bakes are made using only naturally gluten free ingredients. However, please note that our kitchen is not a gluten free certified facility and may inadvertently come in contact with wheat products. We would not recommend individuals with celiac disease to consume our products, for their safety.
Although some of our bakes do not contain nuts or dairy products, please be aware that our kitchen is not a nut-free or dairy-free facility.
