Sugar, Corn Starch, Dextrose Monohydrate, Carrageenan, Carob Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Turmeric, Salt, Flavor, Soy Lecithin.

Directions
1. Blend 90g Creme Brulee Premix into 1500ml whipping cream and 45g sugar, stirring well.
2. Bring to boil, stir constantly.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
4. Pour into moulds and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep in fridge once opened.
