To order cancellation, kindly text us at 83885463. Full refunds are only possible 3 days before your delivery date.
If cancellation is made within 3 days to your delivery date, up to 90% refund will be given if your order has not been made. If your order has been made, there will be NO refunds.
We will not refund missed deliveries. For redelivery, an $8 fee applies.
Please note that we do not guarantee the quality of customised orders (e.g. customised sweetness, substituted or extra ingredients, etc) and requests for refunds will not be entertained.
