Directions
1. Mix 3 tablespoon of pancake premix with 40ml of water.
2. Heat oil or butter on a frying pan on medium heat.
3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of batter on the pan, flip when bubbles started to form. Serve hot with butter or your favourite pancake topping.
