Long Jing tea, also known as the Dragon Well tea, is a premium grade green tea from China. The dry leaves have a signature flattened and spear-like shape that are in a beautiful emerald green colour, with the lighter colours representing better grades of Long Jing. The tea has a delicate, toasty and slightly nutty aroma, and a sweetness that lingers in the mouth long after the drink is consumed.
