Yun Wu, with literal translation as “Cloud and Mist”, is a type of green tea that is grown in mountainous areas with higher humidity. The high elevation allows the tea bushes to be kept hydrated by the thick clouds and mist – an ideal for finer tea farming. The leaves are small, tender and in tightly curled shape, with a glossy jade colour. Yun Wu green tea has a sweet and mellow taste with long-lasting fragrance.
