Some Days We Bake started out as a  “some-days-I-bake” hobby which turned serious after we received much encouragement from our loved ones to share our bakes with the public.

We specialise in gluten free bakes to cater to folks who have a gluten intolerance, which basically refers to the body’s inability to digest or break down the gluten protein found in wheat and certain other grains.

Our goal is to create bakes that taste as good as (or even better than!) “normal” bakes, and can be enjoyed by everyone – whether you are gluten intolerant or not! We firmly believe that everyone should have a right to enjoy desserts, regardless of their dietary restrictions!
