The first Fruity Food Crayon of the collection. The balsamic taste gives just enough acidity to go with salads, duck and withe meats. The red fruit taste with Raspberry gives the sweet flavour to be a perfect match with cheese but also chocolate cake and desserts.
Ingredients :
Apple cider vinegar, water, balsamic vinegar, raspberry paste, salt, Agar-agar, gluten free tamari, natural raspberry flavour, locust bean gum.

How it works:
Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve.
How many shavings :
5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on a drink.
Shelf life and preservation :
Food Crayon lasts up to 9 months. Once open keep them in their tube in the fridge.
