Shipping Policy
Delivery (1-3 days)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free delivery is available for orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge $6 for delivery.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Kampong Bahru Rd. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10.30am. - 6.30 pm. on Weekday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Refund Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at low.kcal.sg@gmail.com to start the refund/exchange process.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Shipping cost of returning item is on you and is non-refundable. Yet the original shipping cost as well as the price of damaged goods will be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The refund will only be issued and/or exchange realized once the returned item has been received and inspected by Low-Kcal.
